Hello

My name is Misha Kleider

I'm an expert in helping people lose weight, improve their muscle tone, move better, and improve their overall health.  

 

I am a certified personal fitness trainer with a Masters in Outdoor Education from UBC. I've been doing resistance training, cardio and flexibility training for 28 years. I have CPR, AED, and First Aid. â€‹
