My name is Misha Kleider
I’m a certified personal trainer specializing in helping older adults regain strength, energy, and confidence so they can stay active and independent for life.
With a Master’s degree in Outdoor Education from UBC and over 28 years of experience in strength and flexibility training, I bring both knowledge and compassion to every session. My goal is simple: to help you feel strong, steady, and capable in your body—no matter your age or starting point.
I started Train with Misha because I know what it’s like to feel limited by your body. After a severe knee injury left me unable to stand for years, I had to rebuild strength from the ground up. Now I help older adults do the same — to move, live, and feel free again.
I’m also certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid to ensure your safety is always my top priority.
